Scan to Voucher
Scan barcodes to build Sales, Purchase, Delivery Note, Receipt Note and Stock Journal vouchers. Edit quantity or rate, remove a line, then submit to Tally in one click.
Batches and FEFO
GS1 barcodes bring the batch, manufacturing and expiry dates. On sales, FEFO picks the batch that expires first and still has stock; expired batches are skipped unless you allow them.
New items on the spot
An unknown barcode opens a short form; the item is created in TallyPrime and added to the voucher.
Print Labels
Barcode labels from ready templates — retail, pharma cartons, garment tags, hardware, shipping — on Zebra (ZPL), TSC (TSPL) and Godex (EZPL) printers.
Near-Expiry Report
Batches expiring within the days you choose, by godown, with value — export to CSV.

USB scanners that type like a keyboard work straight away; Bluetooth scanners connect through Settings.
Purchases
Scan Supplier Invoice
Open a photo or PDF of a supplier's bill. It is read for you, the supplier and items are matched to your Tally masters, and the purchase is posted with CGST, SGST or IGST and the supplier's bill number and date. Totals are checked to the paisa and a bill already posted is flagged.
Scan History
Every bill posted from the PC or the phone, with its image and what Tally said — including the ones that need another try.
Saathi Business — the Android app
One app, three roles. Each phone is paired with your PC by scanning a QR code; shop staff connect over the shop's Wi-Fi, owners and sales reps also over the internet.
Sales reps
Book sales and purchase orders at the customer's door, collect payments by cash or UPI, attach photos, and see their own performance. Orders wait for your approval before they reach Tally.
Shop staff
Use the phone as a scanner and billing counter on the shop's Wi-Fi: look up stock, build a cart and post it.
Owners
Sales trend, receivables and payables, cash and bank, day book, low stock, expiring batches, top lists and where your reps have been — kept fresh from the PC, so you can check them from anywhere.

Read each rep's order and its photos, then approve it into Tally or reject it with a note the rep sees.

Looks after Tally
Alerts you when TallyPrime stops responding, and can restart a hung Tally — asking you first, by default.
What you need
- A Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) PC running TallyPrime, with Tally's XML/ODBC port turned on (port 9000 by default).
- Android 9 or newer for Saathi Business. There is no iPhone app.
- An internet connection for licence activation, invoice scanning and phones that connect from outside the shop.
